Acuspire’s A.I.-assisted job search and analytics software was built with the purpose of re-employing and transitioning millions of people to more fulfilling work. We are a small team, currently in expansion mode. We are adding team members to help us reach some ambitious goals over the next year.

Position Summary

Analyze market data to identify organizations best fit for our products and services. Configure digital sales and customer nurturing workflows (via Hubspot, with training provided), create presentations and configure software products for prospective customers. Continue development and enhancement of various digital assets, including the company website.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team with managing data research and collection.

  • Identify potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to nurture relationships with prospective customers.

  • Configure and maintain software demos (training provided).

  • Identify and document any bugs or usability issues in Jira.

  • Assist with creating and publishing new pages to the Acuspire website.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (mostly writing, for emails, documentation and presentations).

  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.

  • Proven track record of creating and delivering high quality projects.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to write high quality HTML/CSS is an asset. Please include any relevant digital projects if you have any.

Competencies

  • Proficient in learning new software.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.

  • Understanding of how to respond to customer needs and market trends.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications

  • None required for this position.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, with priority given to candidates coming from prior customer-facing roles such as service or sales.
